Arthur Kidston Memorial Camp
Winter Camp (Grade 7-10)
February 14-16, 2026
Specially designed for teen campers, this winter overnight program provides an opportunity to disconnect from technology, reconnect with community, and explore the (winter) world around us at Kidston!
Beginning at 11 AM on Saturday and wrapping up at 11 AM on Monday (Heritage Day), the weekend will include all the Kidston classics - outdoor adventures, arts & crafts, sports & games, campwide, campfire, and unique winter camp activities!
Six nutritious camp meals and six snacks will be provided. Campers will be in cabin groups with a staff cabin leader - just like in the summer!
Campers will sleep in one of our heated buildings, Wilson, our main lodge (mattresses on the floor). This is part of the adventure of camping at Kidston in the winter!
Registration Fees
Similar to our summer programs, Camp Kidston is offering a tiered registration fee system for Winter Camp.
Tier 3 - Pay-It-Forward: $230
Tier 2 - Unsubsidized: $200
Tier 1 - Partially Subsidized: $170
The full cost of Winter Camp will be due at the time of registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
For this special camp in this time of year, there are a few extra considerations for cancellations:

Low Registration: If not enough participants are registered by February 6th, Winter Camp will need to be cancelled. Registrants will be notified by February 7th if the camp is cancelled. To ensure we can run Winter Camp, please register as soon as possible!

Weather: If the forecast indicates that Winter Camp or travelling to/from it will be unsafe, the camp will be cancelled. This decision will be made on February 13th, and registrants will be notified that day. Full refunds will be issued.

Individual Decision: If you need to cancel your camper(s)'s registration(s) for any particular reason, you will be refunded half of the registration fee you paid if you cancel on or before January 31st, 2026. After this date, no refund will be issued. The funds will be considered a donation and you may request a tax receipt!

Looking for a fun family outing during March Break? Join us for a Saturday afternoon full of Kidston adventures!
All are welcome to come and enjoy and afternoon filled with outdoor activities. Pending weather, we will hike, have a campfire, tap maple trees, sled, or even skate (if the weather stays cold enough)!
Hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and cookies are provided for all.
No registration required - free for all to attend!
