We welcome organizations to make use of our facilities in the off-season (the final weekend in August through to mid-June).

Groups including church congregations, school groups, Cadets, Girl Guides and Scouts, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Halifax, and family reunions have all taken advantage of the nature and beauty that Camp Kidston has to offer.  Kidston overlooks Long Lake and has a swimming area, baseball field, and trails for nature walks.
